<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-B5Nmdj9aloFbmjxzfmPcQpNXneg">申请季之前的准备的忙碌程度，与申请时候的底气，是成正比的。申请季，讲的就是一个尽人事，听天命。当努力累积，加上那么一些运气，那看似的不可能，也会变成可能。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Oa1Od72SBoVcTjxBfEbc0bmGn4s">L同学是在2022年四月底的时候签约的我们，那个时候是大四下学期，本科阶段的学习已临近尾声。因此，对于法学申请很重视、但当时是81的硬件GPA，能够改变的其实不多了，L同学能做的，只有尽力更好地完成毕业论文，稳住毕业成绩。但是，得益于签约的还是比较早的，其实我们别的方面能做的事情还是蛮多的。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-JWNGdspifovlkRxhErbcR0RFnwd">在和L同学沟通过后，针对各方面的提升，我们制定了计划，去全方位尽量多、尽量早地进行软件经历的丰富以及申请文书的准备和打磨。在计划中，我们安排在5-6月中旬，进行答辩+律所实习+上雅思课；6月中旬考雅思，考完后进行银行法务的实习、法考准备，以及有需要的话进行雅思的刷分。这个安排主要是在经历尽可能增加的基础上，尽量兼顾L同学雅思、学术成绩稳住、法考的多方面重要准备。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-DTy4dwbASoSG0KxEVmkc6kDxnue">按照这个计划，L同学付出了许多努力，并有条不紊地进行着她申请季的准备。2023.09.09，在港中文EEL开放不久，我们就尽早进行了递交。在准备过程中，除了多方面准备带来的三段合适实习的积累、达标雅思，以及稳住的毕业成绩外，我想重点提一下的，是我们花了很多心思进行准备的文书材料。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-LxjadmZ4QoHmKbxwWmZcwE0vnpe">经过前些年的申请积累，有经验的申请老师都了解，EEL可以说是港中文法学硕士项目中最为友好的一个项目了。但这个友好，并不是说任何人申请都能拿到offer，而是相较港中文其余录取bar基本为985、211，GPA85+，雅思7左右的法学项目，这个专业对于硬件要求会稍微宽松一些，更看经历与这个专业的匹配度。因此，展现经历的文书，可以说是我们这次申请成功与否的一大关键。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Q2Q3deqYlo2uFDxwLmYc1ce9n8c">在前面进行文书创作的时候，其实L同学没有提及有什么相关的能源环境法的经历。但是，L同学写作个人陈述提纲写得非常认真。在我们个人陈述提纲不同板块的带领下，她回忆出了自己一些与之相关的经历。而我在仔细阅读并给出她一些调整建议的同时，也发现，她大学中有写作两篇文章，其主题分别涉及中国环境法发展，以及资源分配问题的探讨，与EEL十分契合。当下我就提出了建议，我们在之后专门为EEL制作了一份简历，重点展现我们与之相关的科研，而实习部分，我们也展示、强调了一些土地侵权纠纷案件的相关实习内容。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-XIU6dKfyIocRjlx3wk2cdcrvnMf">在L同学签约的时候，考虑到整体申请组合的稳定度、L同学的地区偏好，我们的组合较为合适地安排了：港中文三个项目+港城两个项目+澳门大学的两个项目，整体组合较为稳妥，也最大程度的考量了L同学的喜好。11月，港城的申请开放了。而巧合的是，11.04，我们发现，港中文的EEL推荐人板块已经被锁住。虽然推荐信的玄学有时候也不是那么地准，但是这在焦急等待的我们心中，还是给了一点强心剂的作用。综合考虑，我建议L同学在有这么一个积极信号的情况下，港城市的申请等到11.20左右再进行递交，确保不影响港城市申请结果的前提下，先尽量等待一下港中文是否会有结果。</div>
