岗位职责

1.Understand and dig deep into the constantly changing business model of various emerging industries.； 2.Combine statistical and technical capabilities to discover risk and value from massive data； 3.Assist in Data Analytics projects, such as data due diligence for capital market, regulatory required data assurance, client data analytics and modelling projects.； 4.On-field project work and take responsibilities of certain tasks and activities, such as data acquisition, data cleaning, data standardization, tool development, analysis and visualization, etc... 5.Delivers high quality services by demonstrating a practical awareness of the impact of regulation and risk management in the professional's area of focus.

岗位要求

1.Preferred: Graduating in 2028; minimum internship duration of 2 months； 2.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, Electronic and Information Technologies, Math, Statistics and other related STEM majors with strong academic performance； 3.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service； 4.Fluency in at least one programming language, e.g. Java, NET, Python, SQL, etc... 5.Proactively embrace the Al-era work paradigm by integrating generative Al and intelligent tools into daily tasks, client deliverables, and team collaboration; drive the implementation of intelligent solutions while continuously exploring new pathways for efficiency gains and value creation； 6. Knowledge and experience in database design, data analysis and modelling is preferred； 7.Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills； 8.Quick learner, problem solver and team player； 9.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness； 10.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese； 11.Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory and Visio, VBA, Access preferred)； 12.Able to travel and work in high-intensity work environment.
