font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff; caret-color: #000000;">不跟别人比较并不意味着躺平。相反，我是更懂得欣赏别人，这样才能看到自己的不足。同时，我要求自己每年都勇敢地尝试一些新事物。让我嘚瑟一下过去一年的进步&mdash;&mdash;健身。如果没有特殊情况，我基本每天6点左右就起床进行40分钟到一个小时的有氧或无氧运动。这个习惯对以前的我来说简直难以想象。我曾经特别讨厌跑步，觉得这是一项极其枯燥的运动，更无法相信自己会在健身房跟一堆肌肉猛男撸铁。但我坚持下来了，并且健身也改变了我。</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff; caret-color: #000000;">首先我的身体状况变好了，不再有腰酸背痛的问题，体能提高了，白天充满活力，很少生病。第二，运动也磨炼了我的意志力。我总会要求自己在可承受的范围内尽量跑得快一些。在我看来，学术研究就像是无数个这样的赛跑。很多时候在这个赛道上就只有我一个人孤独前行，我必须跟自己赛跑，否则很难突破舒适区。最重要的是，锻炼分泌的多巴胺让我心情愉悦，同时提高了睡眠质量，也在很大程度上缓解了焦虑。</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff; caret-color: #000000;">第二，流水不争先，争的是滔滔不绝。疫情后我回国出差了两趟，深切感受到国内的氛围非常的卷，大家都很焦虑。先说不争先。很多事情并不是靠拼命就能一蹴而就，而是需要长期的积累才能水到渠成的。尤其对女性而言，结婚后往往还可能承担更多家庭的责任，因此在事业中很多时候都是负重前行。所以同学们别着急，要有耐心，相信水滴石穿的力量。</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff; caret-color: #000000;">不争先还有一个重要原因是要学会共赢。中国的教育环境鼓励孩子们竞争，但缺乏培养孩子的团队精神。然而，在实际工作中，大部分的工作都需要与他人相处合作。因此，我在设计学生考核时，总有一项是teamwork。我会把他们随机分成小组，进行报告，小组成绩决定个人成绩。我希望通过这个训练，让学生们学会如何与他人合作，明白与集体共荣辱的道理。今年我出的题目非常难，但学生们的表现非常出色，赢得了校外评委的啧啧称赞：&ldquo;港大的学生太厉害了！有的组别的水平不输给专业的律师！&rdquo;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">&nbsp;</p> </section> </section> <p><img style="display: block;
